Pay: $43/hr on W2
Travel Pay Breakdown:
Weekly Gross Pay: $2000/week
Tax-Free Stipend: $1562/week
Taxable W2 Pay: $438/week

Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
Administer medications and treatments according to orders and facility policies.
Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes to the RN.
Assist with patient hygiene, comfort, and daily care needs.
Follow infection control, safety, and patient care policies.
Maintain accurate patient documentation and care records.
Provide patient education during hospitalization and discharge.
Communicate effectively with patients, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.
Current and active LPN license.
CPR and ACLS certifications required.
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn facility-specific systems.
