About This Position

LPN

We’re currently seeking a Long Term Care LPN to join our amazing team.

Details of the Opportunity:

  • Anticipated start date: ASAP
  • Salary range: Travel $1260/weekly; Local $1080/weekly
  • Shift: 3x12 Days
  • Assignment Length: 13 weeks
  • Setting: Long Term Care

    Daily Range of Responsibilities:

  • Provide care to residents with chronic/complex conditions
  • Administer medications and assist with ADLs
  • Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as ordered
  • Monitor resident health and document changes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
  • Utilize clinical judgment for geriatric care

    Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
  • Active LPN license in the state of practice (or compact license)
  • 1+ year of Long Term Care experience preferred
  • Current BLS certification
