Responsibilities

Deliver quality nursing care consistent with residents' care plans

Administer medications and treatments

Observe, assess, and report changes in resident conditions

Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards

Work closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary staff

Support a culture of dignity, respect, and excellence in resident care

Qualifications

Active California LVN license

Current CPR/BLS certification

Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute experience preferred

Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
