Job Summary
Registered Nurse with experience providing comprehensive nursing care to adult patients across Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units. Skilled in caring for patients with acute and chronic conditions, monitoring cardiac rhythms and vital signs, administering medications, coordinating patient care, and responding to changes in patient condition.
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in Med/Surg and Telemetry units.
Perform comprehensive assessments and monitor patients for changes in condition.
Monitor cardiac rhythms, vital signs, oxygen levels, and other clinical parameters.
Administer oral, IV, IM, and subcutaneous medications according to physician orders.
Initiate and maintain IV lines and administer IV fluids and medications.
Care for patients with cardiac, respiratory, neurological, gastrointestinal, and other medical conditions.
Provide post-operative and post-procedure nursing care.
Manage pain, wounds, drains, catheters, and other patient-care needs.
Recognize and promptly report abnormal findings or changes in patient status.
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.

Active RN WA or Compact License
2 year of MS/Tele or stepdown exp in level 1 or level 2 trauma , Telemetry experience required
BLS, ACLS(AHA) NIHSS
