What You’ll Do
Complete patient intake: record vitals, review medications and allergies, gather social and family histories, and document accurately
Assist providers with minor procedures, perform EKGs, administer immunizations, and handle phlebotomy and in-house lab processing
Process prescription refills, prior authorizations, and return patient phone calls
Relay lab results within your scope of practice
Provide cross coverage as part of our Clinical Support Team — answering patient calls, scheduling appointments, processing refills, and relaying results with professionalism and care
What We’re Looking For
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing or Medical Assisting program
Current Nebraska LPN license or Medical Assistant certification
Nebraska Medication Aide licensure preferred for MAs (we’ll help you obtain it if needed)
Minimum 3 years of experience in a medical clinic preferred
Ability to work 7am-530pm during the week and rotating Saturdays
Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
Team-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for patient care
Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure
Desire to grow in your career and assume additional responsibilities
