We are seeking an experienced, driven, and patient-focused RN, NP, or PA with advanced aesthetic experience to join our growing team. What You'll Do
Perform advanced cosmetic injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers
Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and treatment planning
Perform laser and energy-based treatments
Educate patients on treatment options and long-term aesthetic goals
Build trust through exceptional patient care and follow-up
Develop customized treatment plans that increase patient satisfaction and retention
Participate in practice growth through ethical recommendations and treatment plan expansion
Collaborate with the team to maintain a luxury client experience
Assist with training and mentoring team members when applicable
Qualifications
Active RN, NP, or PA license in Washington State
Must have minimum 2+ years of aesthetic injections experience
Strong proficiency in advanced cosmetic injections
Experience with lasers and energy-based devices
Proven ability to convert consultations into treatment plans
Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic assessment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build long-term patient relationships and maintain high retention rates
Professional, polished, and confident presence
Bonus Qualifications
Existing patient following or established client base
Advanced certifications and credentialing in aesthetic medicine
Experience training providers or supporting continuing education initiatives
Passion for mentoring peers and elevating industry standards
Experience with regenerative aesthetics, skincare, and comprehensive treatment planning

Pay: Competitive Hourly Rate + Production Commission + Bonuses

Experience:
Cosmetic Injectables: 2+ years preferred
Lasers & Energy-Based Devices: 1+ year preferred
Medical Aesthetics: 2+ years preferred
