About This Position
Position: Certified Nursing Assistant- Acute Care
Location: Hot Springs SD 57747
Shift: Varied day and night 12 hours shifts, 40 hrs./week
Duration: 13 Weeks Contract (Possible Extension)
Pay Package for 40 Hrs/week (Travel Pay):
Gross weekly: $1,380/week
Weekly Stipends: $900/week (non-taxable),
Hourly Taxable: $12/hr. on W2 (taxable)
Local Pay Package:
Weekly Gross: $1200/wk
Hourly Rate: $30/hr. on W2.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Acute Care facility and documents travel experience.
Active South Dakota CNA License.
Active BLS from AHA.
EMR Exp: Epic
Responsibilities
Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Support patients in mobility and physical exercises as directed by nursing staff.
Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team.
Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Follow care plans developed by the nursing staff to ensure individual patient needs are met.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to provide updates on patient status.
Assist with administrative tasks such as maintaining patient records and managing supplies.
Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,380.00 per week
Experience:
CNA: 2 years (Required)
Acute care: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
BLS Certification (Required)
South Dakota CNA License (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
Hot Springs, SD 57747: Relocate before starting work (Required)
