About This Position
HRK is currently hiring experienced RN'S for PM shifts for contract in Plymouth, WI for LTC facility. Must be able to onboard fully within 3 days of accepting.
Contract Details-3 Openings
Start date: 8/17/26
Opening 1 - Pm shift 2p-1030p 40 hours per week E/0 weekend included- 13 week contract.
Opening 2- AM/PM shift 6a-1030p every Sat Sun and 2p-1030p every Mon 13 weeks
Opening 3- AM/PM mixed could do 16 hour shifts 40 hours/ week- including weekends-13 weeks
Opening 4- NOC shift 10p-630a 40 hours per week e/o weekend required
The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical assessment skills, references, and attendance record along with:
Current RN license (state specific or compact)
Current CPR: BLS- AHA or ARC required
2 Step PPD / TB Screen- current
Covid Vaccines
Seasonal Flu Vaccine
Pay Rates:
RN $55/HR
