About This Position
We are looking for a part-time NOC LPN or RN! The Pines Post Acute & Memory Care is a 50-bed Nursing Home focusing on Short Term Rehabilitation and Memory Care nestled among 17 acres of beautiful country in Clintonville, WI. Pay: LPN rate is $35.00/HR 4-days per pay period
Pay: RN rate is $45.00/HR 4-days per pay period
Hours:
10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Job Responsibilities:
Medication administration
Evaluation of long term care and rehab residents
Applying treatments necessary to meet the needs of residents
Observing residents and appropriately documenting
Ability to care for residents in a manner that is: patient and respectful regardless of residents cooperation
Follow safety guidelines
Skills
MUST have an LPN/RN license
Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
Excellent knowledge of emergency care
In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times
BS or other diploma from a nursing program

Our facility follows the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ COVID-19 vaccination requirement. The regulation requires all facility employees and contractors to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or to be granted an exemption based on an approved request for a medical or religious exemption.
