Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – NOC Shift
Location: Renton, WA
Schedule: 10:15 PM – 6:30 AM | 4 days on / 2 days off
Employment: Full-Time
Pay: $22.00–$23.00 per hour

We are currently seeking Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in Renton for our NOC (overnight) shift.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for team members who are reliable, compassionate, positive, and committed to providing excellent care.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with nursing staff to deliver high-quality care in accordance with resident care plans.
Assist residents with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including grooming, toileting, dressing, bathing, and escorting to and from meals.
Maintain a safe, sanitary, and home-like environment.
Document vital signs accurately.
Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
Perform housekeeping duties as needed or directed.
Qualifications & Skills
GED or High School Diploma required.
Current Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide license.
1st Aid/CPR certification (within 14 days of hire); Dementia and Mental Health Training (within 90 days of hire).
Ability to read, write, hear, speak, and understand English.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and promote an atmosphere of dignity and respect.
Gentle, caring demeanor; reliable, teachable, and collaborative attitude.
