Location: Bloomfield, NE 68718
Pay Rate: $27.00/hr

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility team in Bloomfield, Nebraska. The CNA will provide direct patient care and support to geriatric residents while working collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to licensed nursing staff.
Record vital signs and maintain accurate patient documentation.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.
Support residents during meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
Follow infection prevention and safety protocols.
Provide compassionate care while maintaining resident dignity and independence.
Requirements
Active Nebraska CNA License required.
Minimum 2 years of CNA experience required.
Current BLS Certification required.
Experience working in LTC, SNF, or post-acute settings preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced resident care environment.
