About the Role

Are you a compassionate RN or LPN who is passionate about providing exceptional end-of-life care? Join our hospice team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families every day.

What You'll Do

Provide skilled, compassionate nursing care to hospice patients.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Support patients and families through education, comfort, and advocacy.

Document patient care and communicate changes in condition.

Requirements:

Current RN or LPN license.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Hospice, home health, or long term care experience is preferred but not required.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Schedule

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

0.8 FTE (32 hours a week), or 1.0 FTE (40 hours a week)

On-Call Requirement

This role includes on call coverage.

Up to 1 shift per week, Monday - Thursday 4 PM to 8 AM

Up to every 4th weekend, Friday 4 PM to Monday 8 AM

Location

Hit the road without the extra costs—this role includes travel within a one-hour radius, and a company car is provided for employees working 0.6 FTE or more.

Compensation

LPN: $27.80–$31.20 per hour, based on experience. Candidates with exceptional qualifications and relevant experience may be considered for a higher rate.

RN: $38.50–$44.80 per hour, based on experience. Candidates with exceptional qualifications and relevant experience may be considered for a higher rate.
