What You'll Do
Deliver and oversee quality nursing care for residents
Collaborate closely with CNAs, nurses, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
Support and mentor fellow team members to ensure excellent resident outcomes
Follow individualized care plans and maintain regulatory compliance
Help foster a positive, resident-centered team culture
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current RN license in the state of employment
Associate degree in Nursing or higher
Long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing experience preferred
