Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident patient care and support under the direction of the nursing team.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and basic comfort needs.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment in accordance with facility procedures.
- Support mobility, transfers, and positioning as assigned and trained.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the appropriate staff.
- Follow infection control practices and required safety procedures.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification (per applicable state requirements).
- Ability to work 40 hours per week during the assignment.
- Comfort working in a long-term care environment.
