Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to Med Surg patients and support rehab-related needs
- Monitor patient condition, vital signs, symptoms, and response to treatment
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered and document care accurately
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support safe, effective care
- Maintain patient safety and follow facility policies and procedures
- Communicate changes in patient status and care updates according to clinical workflow
Requirements
- Current RN licensure
- Experience working as an RN in Med Surg
- Ability to work 36 hours per week for the duration of the contract
- Commitment to safe patient care and accurate documentation
