Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for laboring and postpartum patients in the Labor & Delivery setting
- Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition in collaboration with the care team
- Assess, document, and communicate patient progress according to clinical standards
- Administer medications and therapies as ordered and per policy
- Support safe, patient-centered care throughout the labor and delivery process
- Maintain accurate charting and complete required documentation in a timely manner
Requirements
- Active RN license
- BLS certification
- Experience as an L&D RN
