Responsibilities
- Provide patient-focused nursing care in the Labor & Delivery setting
- Monitor and document patient condition, including vital signs and fetal monitoring as applicable
- Assist with labor progression and coordination of care with the clinical team
- Maintain accurate charting and follow established unit protocols
- Support safe patient care and collaborate to achieve positive outcomes
Requirements
- Current RN licensure
- Experience working in an L&D setting (Labor & Delivery)
- Strong clinical assessment, monitoring, and documentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining patient safety
- Basic computer skills for electronic documentation
