We're seeking a confident, dependable, and motivated nursing leader who is ready to step in, lead from the front, and make an immediate impact.
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – North Dakota or Compact Nursing License
Previous ADON, Nurse Manager, Unit Manager, or Nursing Leadership experience required
Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience
Strong leadership and staff development skills
Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and organizational abilities
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and resident-centered care
Dependable, team-oriented, and ready to lead!

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities
Support the Director of Nursing with daily clinical operations and nursing leadership
Lead, coach, and support nursing staff to ensure exceptional resident care
Assist with staffing, scheduling, and clinical team development
Monitor resident outcomes and changes in condition
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
Assist with surveys, audits, and regulatory readiness
Promote accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families
Serve as a visible, hands-on leader for nursing staff
