What You’ll Do
Support the Director of Nursing with daily operations
Supervise and coach nursing staff
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Lead quality improvement initiatives (QAPI)
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Serve as a resource for staff, residents, and families
What We’re Looking For
Active RN license in Wisconsin
3+ years of nursing experience
1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
Long-term care experience strongly preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
