Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living as ordered and indicated.
- Monitor patient condition and report changes to the appropriate clinical team.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
- Document nursing care accurately and timely according to required standards.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to support safe, patient-centered care.
- Support resident/patient comfort, safety, and wellbeing throughout each shift.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure (state requirements apply).
- Relevant long-term care nursing experience preferred.
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced care environment.
