About This Position
Responsibilities: - Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs - Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans - Document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans, in electronic health record systems - Provide support and education to patients and their families regarding healthcare needs and treatment options
Qualifications: - Valid LPN license in the state of South Dakota
- Valid RN license in the state of South Dakota
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
