Nurse Manager (RN) – Skilled Nursing Facility

Riverview Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager (RN) to join our skilled nursing facility in Flandreau, SD. This leadership role partners closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, and a supportive clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily clinical leadership for nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)
Promote high-quality, resident-centered care
Support staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management
Maintain survey readiness and adherence to state and federal regulations
Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications
Active unencumbered South Dakota or Compact RN license
Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience (SNF/LTC preferred)
Strong understanding of skilled nursing regulations and best practices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
EHR experience and current CPR certification
