Crown Home Health Corp is seeking experienced, hard working individuals to care for our Home Health patients in the Hemet area.
We are looking for a qualified Spanish speaking LVN for a per diem field (visiting) nurse position.
This is NOT shift work. Pay listed is per visit.

Job Description Summary:
The Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse is responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will meet our patients in their homes to perform your visits. Responsibilities include following the Plan of Care, providing treatments, educating patients on medication usage, dietary needs and pain management, as well as working collaboratively with the members of the team to help meet positive patient care outcomes.
*Experience with wound care patients is a plus*
Position Qualifications:
1. Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program.
2. Two years nursing experience, community health/Home Health or medical/surgical experience.
3. Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the State of California.
4. Complies with accepted professional standards and practice.
5. Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills.
6. Must be a legally licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
7. **Must have home health experience**
8. Willing to work weekends.
Job Type: Part time/per diem
Pay: $40.00 per hour
