Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for med/surg and orthopedic patients across the NOC shift.
- Monitor patient condition and vital signs, reporting changes to the care team.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Document nursing care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
- Assist with care coordination and maintain continuity of care during overnight hours.
- Support patient safety and follow unit workflow to ensure timely response to needs.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Experience providing bedside nursing care in a med/surg setting (preferred)
- Ability to work NOC shift reliably and in accordance with assignment schedule
