Weekend House Supervisor / Certified Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN)

Martha & Mary is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing leadership team as a Weekend House Supervisor / Certified Wound Care Nurse.
This unique role combines clinical leadership, administrative oversight, and wound care expertise. You'll serve as a trusted clinical resource for our nursing teams while also leading our Skin Integrity and Wound Care Program and helping to ensure exceptional care, strong clinical practices, and positive outcomes for our residents.

Compensation
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $36.50–$44.76/hour
Registered Nurse (RN): $39.50–$48.49/hour
Starting wage is based on licensure, credentials, and applicable years of experience.
Schedule Options
We offer both full-time and part-time options with a predictable schedule:
Part-Time
Wednesday & Thursday
Every other weekend
Full-Time
Wednesday & Thursday
One additional weekday
Every other weekend
This schedule offers consistency and flexibility while giving you the opportunity to play an important leadership role within our clinical team.
What You'll Do
Weekend House Supervisor
As the clinical leader during your assigned supervisory shifts, you will:
Oversee nursing operations and provide clinical leadership throughout the facility.
Serve as a resource for licensed nurses, nursing assistants, residents, and families.
Support admissions, transfers, discharges, physician communication, and changes in resident condition.
Assist with staffing needs and provide clinical direction during urgent or emergent situations.
Coach and mentor nursing staff while reinforcing best practices and regulatory compliance.
Investigate resident and staff concerns and communicate findings to nursing leadership.
Support quality improvement efforts focused on resident safety, quality of care, and clinical outcomes.
Wound Care & Skin Integrity
As a leader of our Skin Integrity and Wound Care Program, you will:
Conduct weekly wound rounds and comprehensive skin and wound assessments.
Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
Lead pressure injury prevention and skin integrity initiatives.
Collaborate with physicians, rehabilitation, dietary, pharmacy, infection prevention, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
Educate and mentor nursing staff on wound prevention, assessment, treatment, and documentation.
Monitor healing outcomes and identify opportunities for clinical improvement.
Ensure wound care practices and documentation meet applicable state and federal regulatory standards.
What We're Looking For
Required
Current Washington State RN or LPN license in good standing.
Associate Degree in Nursing.
Current CPR certification.
Minimum of two years of nursing experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or a similar clinical setting.
Preferred
BSN.
Previous leadership, supervisory, or charge nurse experience.
Strong wound care experience.
Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN) certification or willingness to obtain an approved wound care certification within an established timeframe.
