About This Position
Crown Point Health Suites is hiring licensed nurses to oversee daily patient care across our resident halls for both day and night shifts. You will manage routine medication passes, handle routine physical assessments, and coordinate closely with floor aides during regular shift coverage. The position focuses on direct clinical floor work and maintaining clean documentation throughout your 12-hour shift.
Responsibilities
Administer prescribed medications, oral treatments, and routine IV therapies according to physician orders.
Perform physical rounds to monitor resident health status and evaluate vital signs.
Record clinical observations and medication logs in the electronic charting system.
Direct nursing assistants with resident movement, transfers, and immediate personal care needs.
Complete shift handoff reports to communicate clinical updates to incoming floor staff.
Compensation, Schedule & Benefits
Pay Rate: Starting at $30–$35/hr, scaling upward with experience
Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts (Day Shift: 6AM - 6PM / Night Shift: 6PM - 6AM) with rotating weekends

Qualifications & Requirements
Valid Texas RN or LVN license in good standing
Current CPR / BLS certification
Must pass a standard criminal background check
Must pass a drug screening
Reliable transportation for consistent attendance
