About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for:
Providing nursing care to our residents in accordance with their individualized care plans
Assessing and monitoring resident conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to the Charge Nurse or Director of Nursing
Administering medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by our medical team
Maintaining accurate and thorough records of resident care and condition
Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
Participating in resident care conferences and discharge planning
Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents and staff
Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of Texas
