About This Position
Herons Key, is a 5 star premier life plan community located in Gig Harbor Washington. We opened in 2018 and it is a stunning community!! Our campus hosts hundreds of independent residents in beautiful apartments. As their needs change, we have assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing. The Nurse is responsible for managing the day to day resident health services and supervising clinical needs during the assigned shift. You will have Nursing Assistants to assist in your daily responsibilities and managers on the floor if needed. We are a team that works together to accomplish the day to day duties and responsibilities.
Pay Scale:
LPN - $40.66- $44.14 depending on shift differential and experience
Full Time LPN -Saturday through Wednesday 6am-2pm
Part Time LPN - Sunday and Thursday PT1 2pm-10pm

Matching begins the first of the quarter following 1 year of employment. Full-time employees are eligible to accrue up to 16 paid time off days, 6 paid holidays and 3 personal days. Pro-rated paid time off is available to part-time employees.
