LPN/LVN – Long Term Care (LTC) Needed in Hot Springs, SD (Flex)

Location: Hot Springs, SD Facility: Fall River Health Services Start Date: 09/09/2026 Contract Length: 13 Weeks Shift: 5x8hr Flex – Please verify shift details with recruiter Gross Weekly Pay: $1898.00 (based on 40 hours)

Requirements:

Active LPN/LVN license

Minimum 1+ year of Long Term Care (LTC) experience

BLS certification required
