Shifts Available: Weekend Only, Full-time & Part-time NOC'S, Full-time PM's, Part-time Days.
Job duties include:
Perform resident assessments and report changes to nurse manager and physicians when necessary.
Assists in the development and revision of nursing care plans
Guides, directs and supervises nursing care given by nursing assistants and practical nurses.
Functions as a team leader on assigned wing.
Administers medications and treatments, obtain vital signs, process doctors orders, and document resident condition in health record.
RN Wage: Up to $50/hour
LPN Wage: Up to $30/hour
