Licensed Practical Nurse

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our home. What you’ll do

Deliver exceptional patient care by monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.

Conduct thorough patient assessments and document medical histories accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Provide support in critical care environments, including triage and emergency situations, ensuring timely interventions.

Assist with procedures such as IV infusion, catheterization, and wound care while adhering to infection control protocols.

Educate patients and families on health management, medication administration, and post-discharge care plans.

Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality.

Basic qualifications

Valid LPN license in accordance with state regulations.

Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
