Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an 8-week Long-Term Care contract in Devils Lake, North Dakota. The ideal candidate will have experience providing nursing care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and be comfortable working 12-hour night shifts.
The LPN will provide compassionate, resident-centered care to long-term care residents while administering medications, monitoring conditions, and collaborating with the healthcare team.

Requirements
Active LPN license required
Recent Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required
Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
Strong medication administration skills
Strong patient/resident assessment skills
Ability to monitor and recognize changes in resident conditions
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
Responsibilities
Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to long-term care residents
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor residents' health conditions and report changes appropriately
Perform routine resident assessments
Obtain and document vital signs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Communicate changes in resident condition to physicians and the healthcare team
Assist with care planning and implementation
Provide support with activities of daily living as needed
Follow infection-control and safety procedures
Respond appropriately to changes in residents' health status
Provide resident and family education and support
Promote a safe, respectful, and resident-centered care environment
Pay: $43.00 - $48.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36.0 per week
