Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Contract Length: 6 Weeks Setting: Outpatient Clinic Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM Hours: 40 Hours Per Week Pay: $1,766 Gross Per Week
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 6-week contract assignment in an outpatient clinic setting. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule and the opportunity to work alongside a collaborative healthcare team focused on delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
Obtain and document vital signs, patient histories, and assessments
Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Assist providers with patient care and clinical procedures
Provide patient education and follow-up instructions
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
Collect specimens and perform basic clinical procedures as needed
Adhere to infection control and safety standards
Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to ensure quality patient care
Requirements
Current, active LPN license in good standing
BLS certification required
Previous clinic, ambulatory, or physician office experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
EMR experience preferred
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
