Job Responsibilities:

Assess and monitor the health status of residents

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating

Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident care

Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all residents

Qualifications:

Current LPN license in the state of North Dakota

Experience working with individuals with memory care needs preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compassionate and patient demeanor

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
