American Traveler is hiring an LPN for a long-term/skilled nursing facility, requiring 1+ year of experience and BLS certification.
Long-term care and skilled nursing facility setting with 128 beds
Patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:32
All diagnoses treated; trach care experience and code response familiarity advisable
Uses Point Click Care (PCC) EMR
12-hour day shifts scheduled 0600-1830
Every third weekend and every third holiday required
No on-call or call-back required
LPN license required if applicable
Minimum 1 year of experience required
BLS certification required
IV-C certification preferred
Driver's license copy required for consideration
Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire
Facility-specific orientation pathway must be completed with facility staff
No charge differential offered at this facility
Local candidates accepted at an adjusted rate
Candidates must reside within an 80-mile radius for local placement rate eligibility
Two weeks notice required for cancellation
