Are you a Palliative Care NP/PA-C seeking a locum tenens or permanent Palliative Care position in Coachella, CA area?
Palm Health Resources is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a growing Palliative Care & Symptom Management Program in Palm Springs, California supporting patients with cancer and other serious illnesses. The provider will work primarily inpatient as a consultative service, while also providing care in the associated outpatient oncology/palliative clinic. The program focuses on symptom management, advance care planning, goals-of-care discussions, treatment preferences, and transitions of care.
Key Highlights:
Monday–Friday
Full-time opportunity
Combination of inpatient consults and outpatient clinic
Primarily adult patient population
Strong interdisciplinary team including physicians, APPs, RNs, social work, and support services
Physician oversight and collaboration
Growing palliative care program with expanding consultative services
Open to both PA and NP candidates.
