About This Position
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide quality care and support to clients in the Desert Hot Springs area. This is a part-time opportunity with scheduling based on availability and assignment needs.
Position: LVN
Location: Desert Hot Springs, CA 92240
Schedule: Part-time / per visit
Compensation: Rates will be discussed with qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, professional nursing care
Monitor clients and report changes in condition as appropriate
Follow established care plans and instructions
Administer medications and treatments as authorized and required
Assist with monitoring vital signs and overall health status
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team
Follow all applicable health, safety, and infection-control requirements
Maintain confidentiality and respect each client's dignity and privacy
Qualifications
Active California LVN license
Current required credentials
Reliable and dependable
Professional and compassionate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
