What You'll Do
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor residents closely and report changes in condition
Communicate with physicians, families, and care team members
Perform clinical procedures (tube feedings, wound care, catheterization, suctioning, etc.)
Order medications, equipment, and supplies as needed
Advocate for residents' needs, preferences, and care plans
Complete accurate, timely documentation

What You Bring
Active LPN license in good standing (Nebraska)
Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently
Clear, respectful communication with residents, families, and staff
Working knowledge of long-term care practices and regulations
