About This Position
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing to lead our care team and ensure the highest standards of clinical excellence in our assisted living community.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and oversight to nursing and caregiving staff.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, company policies, and standards of care.
Oversee medication management programs and resident care plans.
Conduct assessments of residents’ health needs and coordinate appropriate levels of care.
Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff to support professional growth and high performance.
Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure resident well-being.
Monitor quality assurance programs and implement improvements where needed.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Qualifications
Current LPN or RN license (state of employment required).
Minimum of 5 years of nursing leadership experience (preferably in assisted living, long-term care, or senior living).
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance in assisted living and medication management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $111,000.00 per year
