Weatherly Inn is seeking full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at our beautiful assisted living community in Renton. This position is for our Split Shift (2 day shifts and 2 evening shifts) with a 4-on/2-off rotation. We are looking for dedicated, compassionate individuals who have a passion for serving seniors.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with nursing staff to deliver high-quality care in accordance with resident care plans.
Assist residents with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including grooming, toileting, dressing, bathing, and escorting to and from meals.
Maintain a safe, sanitary, and home-like environment.
Document vital signs accurately.
Report any changes in a resident’s condition to the Nurse Supervisor.
Perform housekeeping duties as needed or directed.
