Your Schedule
Full-time day shift
Schedule determined collaboratively with Administration
What You’ll Do
As our Assistant Director of Nursing, you’ll partner closely with the Director of Nursing to support daily clinical operations and help ensure safe, compliant, and exceptional patient care.
You’ll:
Provide visible leadership, mentorship, and support to nursing staff
Spend time working side by side with floor staff to understand needs and identify opportunities for improvement
Coach and teach staff in the moment, sharing your clinical knowledge and confidence
Assist with clinical oversight, patient assessments, and care coordination
Monitor patient conditions and communicate effectively with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
Promote patient dignity, safety, and individualized care
Support compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies
Help identify training and process-improvement opportunities
