About This Position
LPN / RN – Full-Time
Falls City Nursing & Rehab (Falls City, NE)
LPN Pay: $30–$35/hour
RN Pay: $35–$45/hour + shift differential * SIGN ON BONUS
Schedule: 12-hour shifts/ 8-hour shifts
What You’ll Do
Monitor patients and assess needs
Administer medications and treatments
Record vitals and update charts
Communicate with physicians
Requirements
Nebraska (or compact) RN/LPN License
Skilled nursing experience preferred
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Strong communication and judgment
