Emerald Court is a dedicated memory care facility serving individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. We are looking for a compassionate, experienced leader to serve as our Memory Care Administrator/Director and help create a safe, supportive, and meaningful home for our residents.
About the Role
The Memory Care Administrator/Director provides overall leadership for Emerald Court and is responsible for the quality of care, resident experience, employees, and daily operations of the facility.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead daily operations and create a positive, resident-centered community.
Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, high-quality care.
Hire, train, coach, schedule, and support employees.
Build a strong team culture focused on accountability, growth, and teamwork.
Maintain compliance with licensing requirements, regulations, and organizational policies.
Oversee safety, risk management, emergency preparedness, and facility needs.
Manage budgets, expenses, staffing, and other business operations.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare partners, and the community.
Respond to resident, family, staffing, and operational concerns with professionalism and sound judgment.
Participate in an on-call rotation and provide leadership during emergencies.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Ability to pass a criminal background check and be at least 21 years of age or older
Leadership, management, supervision, or administrative experience.
Have a passion for working with the elderly population.
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead, coach, and develop employees.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations professionally.
Current Assisted Living Facilities Administrator license or ability to obtain one within six months.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn electronic medical record systems.
Preferred:
Experience in memory care, senior care, long-term care, healthcare, social services, or community-based operations.
Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, business administration, social services, human services, gerontology, or a related field.
Preference given to those with an active Registered Nurse (RN) or an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
