Title : LPN LTC

Location: New Lisbon, WI 53950

Rate :$43 - $46.5 an hour (for traveler - $12/hr - Taxable + $34.5/hr - Stipend)

Weekly Gross: $1684.8/week for 36 hours

Shift - Shift (2pm-10pm), Every other weekend

Contract: 13 Weeks and can Extension

Guaranteed Hours: 36

Overtime Rate: Yes Available

Required:

We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN LTC, LPN Long Term Care

Administer medications to residents while following the 5 Rights.

Report any allegations of abuse, neglect and misappropriation to Director of Nursing and Administrator.

Report any change in condition to the charge nurse.

Assist CNAs with answering call lights and other responsibilities.

Update physicians, family members, etc. of change in condition as needed.

Perform other duties as requested.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS –

Must hold and maintain Wisconsin LPN license.

Current CPR/BLS certification required.

1+ years of related work experience preferred.

Pay: $43.00 - $46.50 per hour

Expected hours: 36.0 per week
