About This Position
Summary: The Clinic Manager provides leadership and oversight for nursing and clinical support staff in the Medallus Medical ND locations. This role is responsible for maintaining clinical quality, staff competency, workflow consistency, training, and adherence to nursing standards of practice in North Dakota. The Clinic Manager partners with operations and executive leadership to support safe patient care, regulatory readiness, documentation quality, and staff development. This reflects the older combined Practice Manager/Nursing Supervisor model and the current nursing-support job description, which emphasizes scope-of-practice compliance, patient intake, treatments, training, supplies, records, and policy adherence .

Qualifications:
Education and Experience: Certificate from college or technical school and one month to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates and Licenses: Maintains a current RN license and maintain a current BLS Certification.
Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents, writes routine reports and correspondence, and speaks effectively before patients or associates of organization.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form and to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, internet software and electronic medical records.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job requires supervisory responsibilities.
Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel and talk or hear. The associate is frequently required to stoop, kneel or crouch.
