About This Position
Summary: Seeking motivated, experienced Registered Nurse to assist with Medallus Medi-spa and Prime IV hydration as well as Medallus Urgent Care. This candidate will work in a spa setting but will also play a pivotal role in the success of all operations. Assists in examination, procedures, IV hydrations therapy and treatment of patients under direction of a physician or advanced practice provider.

Aside from performing non-surgical aesthetic and cosmetic services, an aesthetic nurse also has the following responsibilities:

Education and Experience: Certificate from college or technical school and one month to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates and Licenses: Maintains a current RN license, certification in aesthetics (toxin, filler, facial therapies), and maintain a current BLS Certification.
Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents, writes routine reports and correspondence, and speaks effectively before patients or associates of organization.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form and to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, internet software and electronic medical records.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job requires supervisory responsibilities.
Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel and talk or hear. The associate is frequently required to stoop, kneel or crouch.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
