Description:
Heartview Foundation is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team. This role is essential in providing compassionate, high-quality care to individuals receiving treatment for substance use disorders. Pay Range:
LPN: $27 - $32/ hour, depending on experience
RN: $32 - $38/ hour, depending on experience
Up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus and student loan repayment programs!
This is a full-time, 30-40 hours per week position, Monday through Friday, with on-call as needed. Shifts typically fall between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM; a flexible schedule and hours are available.
On-call pay is $400/week.
Administer medications and monitor for patient side effects and reactions
Create, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the medical team
Conduct and document urine, drug, and alcohol screenings
Complete thorough nursing assessments and maintain accurate electronic health records
Coordinate referrals and follow-up care with outside providers
Ensure compliance with federal regulations for medication management and patient information
Provide on-call and weekend nursing coverage as assigned

Requirements:
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited nursing school or collegiate program.
Current, unencumbered LPN or RN license in the State of North Dakota.
At least one year of nursing experience (preferred).
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of substance use disorders and medication-assisted treatment.
Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team setting.
Effective therapeutic communication skills with patients and families.
Proficiency in electronic health records documentation.
Ability to educate and train staff and patients on relevant health topics
