We're seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our skilled nursing facility team for ALL shifts. If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of residents and their families, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Pay range: $20-$23/hr., depending on experience and qualifications
What You'll Do
Provide exceptional hands-on care to residents, assisting with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Monitor and document vital signs, observing and reporting any changes in residents' conditions
Build meaningful relationships with residents, treating each individual with dignity and respect
Collaborate with our nursing team to ensure the highest quality of care and comfort
Support residents during mealtimes and ensure proper nutrition and hydration
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents
What We're Looking For
Current CNA certification in good standing
A genuine passion for working with elderly and skilled nursing populations
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a positive attitude
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
