Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Part-Time
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality patient care and support clinical operations. This role is ideal for an LPN who is patient-focused, organized, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician
Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and daily care needs
Document care provided accurately and in a timely manner
Communicate changes in patient condition to appropriate medical staff
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant care environment
Follow established policies, procedures, and infection control standards
Qualifications
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented approach to care
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with heavier loads as needed
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist patients throughout the shift
Work Environment
May include clinical, home-based, or facility-based care settings
Requires adherence to patient confidentiality and safety standards
Compensation
$40-45 per hour
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
