The Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will take the lead in coordinating post-operative care. You’ll utilize high-level clinical skills to monitor recovery, emphasizing early intervention and the proactive recognition of complications to ensure every patient returns home safely.
Schedule & Flexibility
Full-Time: 60 hours per pay period (bi-weekly).
Shift Structure: Enjoy a balanced rotation of two 12-hour shifts per week one week, three 12-hour shifts the next (5:45 AM – 6:15 PM).
Work-Life Balance: Benefit from self-scheduling and minimal weekend requirements.
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current Nebraska RN License (or compact state equivalency).
Certifications: Current BLS at hire; ACLS and PALS required within 90 days.
Experience: Previous post-surgical experience is preferred, but we value a strong desire to learn progressive care.
